What Is Recovery and Sobriety Coaching?
Involves guiding individuals through their journey of overcoming addiction and maintaining sobriety. It focusses on providing personalized support, accountability, and motivation. Helping clients develop coping strategies, build healthy habits and achieve their personal goals. It’s all about empowering clients through my Power Forward Method to live fulfilling and substance-free life.
Who Is Coaching For?
Individuals who are seeking support in their recovery journey. That includes people who are sober curious, newly sober , or can’t lock in their sobriety and looking to build a strong foundation. As well as those who have been in recovery for awhile but need ongoing support and accountability. It’s also for anyone who wants to strengthen their resilience, improve mental well-being, and create lasting positive change in their lives.
What is The Process Like?
Depending on the package you choose, we’ll tailor the journey to meet your personal goals. Your level of coachability and the outcomes you desire will shape how deeply we dive into each step. Based off of a 6 month process , no matter how far you want to go we’re here to support and guide you every step of the way.
Month 1: Foundation
Weeks 1-4: Focus on achieving 30 days sober, establishing mourning routines, ensuring emergency contacts, and building solid sleep foundation .
Month 2: Mastery
Weeks 5-8: Tackle trigger mastery, expand your sober ally circle. Introduce movement routines, secure other support if needed.
Month 3: Growth
Weeks 9-12: Develop boundary-setting scripts, rebuild evening routines, reset nutrition. Also celebrate 90-day milestone.
Month 4: Resilience
Weeks 13-16: Engage in emotional journaling, practice pause power before reacting, build a stress toolkit, and dive into recovery education with recommended reading.
Month 5: Integration
Weeks 17-20: Lead sober family events, create a redirect library for healthy coping, and introduce new tools like music, movement, and purpose-driven activities.
Month 6: Legacy
Weeks 21-24: Lock in your legacy with 180+ days sober, focus on relapse prevention, share your story to inspire others. Review and scale your progress.
Beyond : Continued Support
Week 25 and Beyond: From here it’s up to you how you want your recovery process to continue. First 24 weeks are tailored to build a strong foundation and get you moving towards your goals. North Legacy Recovery is here for as long as you need support and accountability. This process takes time and isn’t a race.

About Me
For eight years, alcohol and marijuana controlled my life. What I thought was “normal” slowly became a habit that damaged the people I loved most. My breaking point came the day my wife and two boys were ready to walk out.
That moment shattered me — and saved me.
Family is everything to me. I wasn’t willing to accept a life where my kids grew up without the father they deserved. I knew it was time to stop lying to myself, face the truth, and choose a different path. Through many ups and downs I found a power forward method that helped me move forward with grace and double down on my road to success. I thought getting sober was the part to send me free. It wasn’t, the freedom was in the hard inner work to feel your feels and learn the root cause for my addiction. Found it was years of people pleasing trying to fit in that was my unhappiness. Not knowing who I truly was or what I truly believed in. Doing the work staying consistent got me to the other side where I am a leader, husband and father my family needs.
I quit cold turkey. Not because it was easy — but because losing my family wasn’t an option.
I joined coaching and mentorship programs to survive the hardest days. I rebuilt myself with consistent routines, deep mindset work, emotional honesty, and relationship repair. And step-by-step, I became the man they could rely on again.
Today, I stand 5 years free from alcohol and 16 months fully sober.
Now, through North Legacy Recovery, I help others do the same — with proven strategies, structure, and real accountability.
